ST. MARIE
St. Marie is a residential community being developed at the former Glasgow Air Force Base. Marco, a Boeing subsidiary, utilizes the runway and flight line for a test site.
There are may attractions to living in St. Marie, including clear air, traditional community values, good neighbors, peace and quiet. The homes are of exceptional quality and solid construction with mature lawns and trees. Garages are included and most units have basements. Units are sold as condominiums with yards and outside building maintenance handled by the condo membership association. Homeowners love the low cost and worry-free life.

The Boeing Company's flight test facility - Glasgow Industrial Airport - is located 17 miles north of Glasgow, MT., at the former Glasgow Air Force Base. Boeing purchased the facility from Valley County in March 1992. Montana Aviation Research Company (MARCO), a subsidiary of the Boeing Company, operates and maintains the facility. Marco also operates a water pipeline from the Missouri River and supplies water for its own needs, as well as for its neighboring community, St. Marie.
